Refund policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original box.

If your return is accepted we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. At this point you will have 10 days to complete your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If you have received an item that is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

We will promptly assess the issue, and if approved, we will offer you a refund or a free replacement to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Please do not attempt to manually disassemble any of the products received. We will not accept any refunds for products that have been disassembled in any manner.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.

If more than 15 business days have passed and you still haven’t receive your refund, please contact us.
