Lighters

To use your lighter, follow the instructions included with the product. Generally, you will need to fill the lighter with butane (for refillable models), adjust the flame size if necessary, and ignite using the provided mechanism. Always read the user manual for specific instructions related to your lighter model.

To refill a butane lighter, turn the lighter upside down and insert the butane canister into the refill valve. Press down firmly to release the gas until you see butane leaking from the valve. Allow the lighter to sit for a few minutes before using it to ensure the gas has settled.

If your lighter isn’t lighting, check the following: Ensure it has sufficient fuel, adjust the flame size, and clean the ignition mechanism. For gas lighters, ensure the butane is properly filled. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer service for further assistance.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include a receipt. Opened or used products are not eligible for return. Please contact us at [email protected] or +1 (512) 229-9081 to start the return process.

To return an item, email us at [email protected] or call +1 (512) 229-9081 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions. Pack the item with the RAN and return it to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping

We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method and destination. Select your preferred shipping option during checkout.

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
